BATTLE HEELS
This was a design challenge to evoke a connection
The general idea was to make a connection between femininity and the idea that a girl on a night out is an easy target.
The original design included a spiked nail for a heel with a resin cap to walk on.
A cheap old heel was stripped back of its fabric and sole
The heels were dressed in fabric
The self defence tools were modelled and modified to make sure I wasn’t kicked out of school or arrested.
