RECIPE
Ingredients
35ml vanilla vodka
35ml Chambord berry liquor
15ml Galliano vanilla liquor
5-6 mashed raspberries/20ml raspberry syrup
1 egg white
Sugar syrup to taste (about 20ml)
Method
Smash together all ingredients in an empty shaker and vigorously shake.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again till its ice cold to the touch.
Double strain into a martini glass
Garnish with raspberries and blobs of syrup
